Description: Cast of a chess queen who is crowned and seated after the original in the British Museum, BM 86(?) (one of 85-88). Description: "A queen seated, her right hand raised and resting against her right cheek, the elbow resting on the left hand. She wears a large veil, as in the last piece, but her cloak is thrown over the ornamented back of her chair" (Westwood p. 284)
