The potter’s stamp reads “VMB(these three joined)R”. The potter’s name is Umbricius. See Oxe-Comfort 1968, pg 539-541, no. 2385. Slane’s 1973 thesis notes the various L. Umbricii working in Arezzo during the first century CE. She concludes that it is not possible to identify stamps as belonging to a specific Umbricii when the gentile name is only included.
